Thank you for your interest in joining the World Database for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery (WDPCHS). An Institution can enroll by accepting all standards and regulations described by the WDPCHS and signing the required agreements with the WSPCHS. These agreements will be provided by the WSPCHS and maintained at the Data Coordinating Center (DCC).
How to join:
Step 1:
One member of the institution must be a member of the WSPCHS. For questions regarding membership, contact Adam Becker at contact@wspchs.org.
Step 2:
For hospitals outside the United States:
Submit a signed copy of the WSPCHS Data Use Agreement and Participation Agreement to worlddb@kirso-admin.net.
For hospitals in the United States:
Submit a signed copy of the WSPCHS Data Use Agreement and Participation Agreement to worlddb@kirso-admin.net.
